We work entirely in writing, so email is the way to reach us. A real person reads every message, and we usually reply within two business days.
We do not take phone calls. Everything happens by email, so every question and answer has a written record.
Want an app built?
Use the request form on the custom apps page. Tell us what the app should do, who will use it and the features you must have. We reply with questions or a quote by email.
Need help with one of our apps?
Start with the support page, which has answers for every app and steps for moving to a new phone. If you still need help, email us with the app name, your phone model and what happened.
Refunds for our apps
Apple and Google handle app purchases, so refunds are requested through them. The support page explains how.
Report a security issue
If you find a security problem with this website or one of our apps, email chef@thenewsbakery.com with "Security report" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly. Our security.txt file has the same details.
